Recently I read a post on my time and your time
The writer opted that ‘my time is precious and your time is more precious'
I think this is how one should respect others
But my experience is different
I have got a friend and we talk almost daily
If my friend calls and I say “I am busy I will call you back” friend would hang up the call letting me know the frustration.
If I call the friend and if my friend was engaged otherwise the answer would be” busy, not now” and the matter ends then & there!
I have got a neighbor she is staying alone and feels lonely most of the time
She used to call us over phone around 9 in the morning knowing pretty well that both of us( me and wife) are hectic at that time to rush to our offices and she would invariably end up her talk saying “you are busy now I will call you in the evening” I do not know how can we tell her our time is precious!
I too feel that my time is precious and your time is more precious!

ReplyDeleteI totally agree with you. Time is always precious to all who know the value of time. But people who are are sitting idle doing nothing will not be able to know value of time especially who are gossip mongers who just wail away the time.
